About Bliss Blendz Smoothies
Bliss Blendz Smoothies opened October 16, 2021. Co-owned by Kristina and Kim, our goal was to create a sustainable business that could provide some healthier options in San Juan Bautista, Ca. Kristina’s nutritional background and focus on healthy eating provided the perfect foundation for creating tasty smoothie and bowl recipes. In celebration, some of the names of our smoothies and smoothie bowls celebrate personal and local characters in SJB. Kristina and Kim work hard to provide fresh, locally sourced no-sugar added smoothies with a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables and supplements to satisfy any tastebud! Our menu consists of 18 different smoothies; fruity, chocolate, and green smoothies, as well as crushed fruit smoothies, and 27 add-ons and milk/milk substitutes that enable our customers to create their favorite, nutritional blendz. Our smoothies are handcrafted and blended to meet each customer’s taste or nutritional goals. In addition to our smoothies and smoothie bowls, we offer a variety of very tasty organic coffees, salads, scrumptious Chia Pudding, and fresh fruit, popcorn, and more! Our store is also stocked with Grab and Go Snack foods with Gluten-Free, and Keto options perfect for the SJB Walking Tour

Bliss Blendz is an award-winning, certified Green Business. We use all compostable or recyclable materials, and we encourage our customers to recycle or compost all materials used by Bliss Blendz. Both Kristina and Kim love the outdoors and strive to do our part to protect the environment through smart, sustainable practices.
Meet Kristina & Kim
Two friends Kristina and Kim met in Portland, Oregon, and have worked together for over 9 years. Kristina is the face of Bliss Blendz Smoothies, and her knowledge of the menu will make it easy to find the perfect smoothie for you. Kristina has garnered valuable experience in a variety of restaurant settings and has been crucial in setting up the day-to-day operations of the shop. Friendly and customer-driven, Kristina enjoys getting to know the locals and the tourists that come through our popular community. When not at Bliss Blendz, Kristina is an avid hiker has successfully completed the 2500-mile Pacific Crest Trail from southern California to Canada. Her “trail” name is Phoenix which inspired one of our tastiest smoothies, Blue Phoenix. She loves the beach, biking and she appreciates a good glass of wine! Originally from Oklahoma, Kim retired from the city of Portland in 2015 and moved to California to work in recreation. Kim works more behind the scenes as she still works full-time in a local parks system. Kim loves living and engaging in a smaller community and purchased a home in SJB in 2020. You will see Kim at Bliss Blendz Smoothies on days that she isn’t working for parks. She supports the business through, preparing fresh snacks, Kim enjoys the outdoors, living near the beach, and her dachshunds, Elvis, Emma, Bodhi and Lucy…you might see their names on some of our best menu items.
